The result of an overzealous cook. Perhaps studying this will make you a better cook? | |
Burnt Fish is gained by cooking fish or as a combat drop.
How To Obtain
Burnt Fish is the result of failing to cook fish properly. However if a dish containing non fish ingredients fails to cook, Burnt Food will be produced instead. The chance to burn fish decreases as a player's cooking level increases. Equipment possessing the Cooking (Enchantment) or Chef affixes will help reduce the possibility of burning.
To deliberately burn fish, remove any gear that improves your cooking skills, use a Searing Ladle, or wear equipment with the Overly Well Done enchantment. Burning fish does not affect the chance of acquiring Fish Oil or Shrimp Baubles.
Alternatively, burnt fish is dropped as loot from Greater Imps, Lesser Demons, Greater Demons and Fire Giants.
Uses
Burnt fish is used to craft crop fertilizer or to create a Torn Goblin Settlement Map.
