Fishing Shards can be aquired passively every 5 minutes by fishing. This rate can be adjustet by equiping either Newbie Adventurer's Backpack or Dwarven Adventurer's Backpack which gives a +10% / +20% chance for an additional Skilling Shard.

They can be used to craft Fisherman Set, as well as Ancient Fishing Rod, Ancient Harpoon and Ancient Fishing Net, which are needed to craft and augment Ocean's Embrace.
