Acquisition
Completing the Fallen Academy Quest will reward 2 Unstable Talismans, however the most reliable way to obtain them is through purchase (100,000 gold) at the General Shop.
There is a low possibility to unearth an Unstable Talisman by wearing gear with an Archaeology buff during a gathering session (
Foraging, 
Fishing, or 
Mining).
Uses
The Fallen Academy Quest must be completed to unlock the talisman recipes. Each imbued talisman, requires a 
Crafting Level of 30, 1 Unstable Talisman and their respective essence to be created.
