Enter the Gazing into the Abyss by use of a Cracked Shrimp Bauble Cracked Shrimp Bauble dungeon key, then defeat the Aberrant Shrimp Aberrant Shrimp to obtain the shield (it has a 25% chance to drop). This shield also has a 25% chance to drop upon completion of the dungeon.
