The Loot Goblin randomly appears twice a day when the 
Phroglin Pheromones are worn during combat or if the Loot Goblin enchantment buff is active during the Shrine of Toucan.
Achievements and Talents
- Earn the Vault Hunter achievement by clearing the Dark Vault 100x to unlock the Vault Hunter talent which grants you 1 level of the Loot Goblin (Enchantment) to receive a chance encounter with the Loot Goblin monster on average twice a day.
