Uses

While this may seem like it would give a 66% chance at level two strength, the enchant doesn't scale linearly giving 50% chance at level 2 and a maximum of 62% at level 8.

The Scroll of Rune Reserves has a vendor value of 2000 gold and is tradeable at the Marketplace. This scroll is created through Scrollcrafting and may be enchanted on weapons or capes.
