Description
Gain a 1% chance to get a cloth from a lower tier while weaving. There is a 40% chance that a cosmic rune is consumed when it procs. Attempts to pull the rune from your inventory then ammo pouch if none found.

The Threadbare Charm is used in Runecrafting to increases the chance of an additional lower tiered cloth being created while weaving rune cloth.

Different equipment with the same enchantment do not stack and only the higher enchantment strength applies. The Scroll of Threadbare Charm can be applied to the Runecrafting Set or the Chisel. This scroll is tradeable at the Marketplace or created through Scrollcrafting.
