Endless Ammo grants the player a 17% chance to not consume ammunition when using abilities (resulting in 20% more uses from each ammo piece on average).

While this may seem like it would give a 34% chance at level two strength, the enchant scales with the average uses per ammo piece. At level 2 you get a 29% chance to not consume ammo, which corresponds to 40% more uses. At level 8 the chance is 62% corresponding to 160% more uses.
