A Cloak of the Void is a cape that, when augmented, improves player's Cooking, Runecrafting, and Smithing skills. This cloak requires level 60 Enchanting to equip.

Enchanting

The Cloak of the Void has two enchantment slots which are pre-enchanted with Empowered Haste 2 upon creation. Empowered Haste 2 increases non-combat action speed by 4% and caps off at halving action time. This enchantment stacks with Haste.

Note that this cape can be disenchanted and re-enchanted, however there are no scrolls available to re-enchant it with Empowered Haste.
