The Fibrous Fabrication gives the player a 2% chance per level to not consume fibers per cloth weaving action.

Uses

Fibrous Fabrication when triggered will consume no fibers while weaving cloth, even if that cost has been altered by other effects. This enchantment can be used alongside the Elven Logistics Pendant to salvage more fibers or paired with the Dwarven Manufacturing Pendant to recoup the cost of its increased action speed.
