Description
Reduces essence used in Runecrafting by 5%. Caps at 80%.

The Runecrafting enchantment reduces essence used in Runecrafting by 5%. It caps at 80%.

Uses

Drink potions of Runecrafting and/or enchant a piece of equipment with Runecrafting to help reduce the essence required to create Runes.

Note: The Runecrafting "Craft" button is greyed out when less than 400 essence is available even if there is enough essence to craft Runes at the reduced rate.

Scroll

The Scroll of Runecrafting has a vendor value at 2000 gold and is tradeable at the Marketplace. It is used to enchant chisels and items from the runecrafting set. This scroll is created through Scrollcrafting:

• Different equipment with the same enchantment do not stack and only the higher enchantment is applied.

Event Shop

Individual stacks of Runecrafting 2 can be purchased from the Event Shop at a price of 3 stacks/1 Event Token. These stacks are not stored in inventory, they are consumed immediately.

Equipment

The Runecrafter's Robe Hood comes pre-enchanted with Runecrafting 3 which reduces essence used in Runecrafting by 15%.

Potion

The Runecrafting enchantment is available in potion form through brewing alchemy. Potion strength levels range from 1-4 (Common, Rare, Epic, Legendary).

Heat, vial, and ingredient quantities may vary according to Cooking Skill, type of vial used, the equipment of the Cooking Set or gear with Cooking or Production enhancements and the presence of cooking related global buffs.

Global Buffs

• Runecrafting 2 can be purchased from the Platinum Shop with Platinum.
• A temporary Runecrafting buff can also be bought with gold at the Shrine of Toucan when it becomes available at the Altar.
