Description
Increases non-combat action speed by 2%. Caps at halving action time. Stacks with Haste.

Empowered Haste is an enchantment that increases non-combat action speed by 2% per enchantment strength. It stacks with Haste and caps at halving action time.

Potion

This buff is not available in potion form, however individual stacks of Empowered Haste 2 can be purchased from the Event Shop at a cost of 3 stacks/ 25 Event Tokens. It is not stored in Inventory and is consumed immediately.

Equipment

• The Cloak of Many Pockets comes pre-enchanted with Empowered Haste 1.
• The Cloak of the Void comes pre-enchanted with Empowered Haste 2 which increases non-combat action speed by 4%.

Note: Although these cloaks can be disenchanted and/or re-enchanted, doing so will remove Empowered Haste permanently as there is no current craftable scroll for Empowered Haste.

Global Buffs

A temporary Empowered Haste buff can be purchased from the Shrine of Toucan with gold when it becomes available at the Altar.
