Description
Increases chance to preserve bait by 4%.

Bait Preservation increases the chance to preserve bait by 4%. Bait preservation can also be gained with effective fishing level but the combined bonus is capped at 50%.

Equipment

• The Fisherman's Bucket Hat comes with Bait Preservation 3 as default.
• The Prototype Fisherman's Bucket Hat comes pre-enchanted with Bait Preservation 1.

Scroll

The Scroll of Bait Preservation has a vendor value of 2000 gold and is tradeable at the Marketplace. This scroll is used to enchant gloves or boots, and is created through Scrollcrafting:

Note: Different equipment with the same enchantment do not stack and only the higher applies.

Achievements and Talents

Complete the Fishing Mastery 25 achievement to unlock the Fishing Mastery II talent which Grants you +2 level of Fishing Mastery, increasing your Fishing stats by +2% from boosts and equipment. It grants +1 Bait Preservation.

Global Buffs

The Bait Preservation buff may be bought at the Shrine of Toucan with gold when it becomes available at the Altar.
