Spider Legs are used as 
Cooking ingredients. They are the hairy limbs of the man-eating spiders infesting the lands. Lop them off before they entangle you in a web from which you will never escape.
Acquisition
Spider Legs are tradeable at the Marketplace or they can be harvested from a 
Monster Trap with a 
Farming skill of 60. They can also drop from their 8-legged owners.

Uses
They are used in Cooking to prepare 
Butchered Monster, an ingredient in monster dishes and a reagent in potions with Runecrafting (Enchantment). Unprepared Spider Legs serve as a buff additive, to create food with the Nimble enchantment.
