Alacrity is an enchantment that increases agility by 15 at the expense of the same amount of accuracy in all combat styles. It also reduces delay between attacks by 2% and ability cooldowns by 3%.
Equipment
The 
Alacrity Pendant comes pre-enchanted with Alacrity 3 which increases agility by 45 at the expense of the same amount of accuracy in all combat styles. and reduces delay between attacks by 6% and ability cooldowns by 9%.
Global Buffs
A temporary Alacrity can be purchased from the Shrine of Toucan with gold when it becomes available at the Altar.
