- Purchase the Messy Eater talent to be granted Messy Eater 15, which reduces all food related cooldowns by 15%, but decreases healing from food by the same amount.
Global Buffs
A temporary Messy Eater buff can be purchased at the Shrine of Toucan when it becomes available at the altar.
