The Loot Goblin randomly appears twice a day when the Phroglin Pheromones are worn during combat or if the Loot Goblin enchantment buff is active during the Shrine of Toucan.

Achievements and Talents

Earn the Vault Hunter achievement by clearing the Dark Vault 100x to unlock the Vault Hunter talent which grants you 1 level of the Loot Goblin (Enchantment) to receive a chance encounter with the Loot Goblin monster on average twice a day.
