Thorns Damage is a fake ability that represents deflected damage from an incoming attack.
This ability cannot be cast traditionally, but is applied automatically when damage is reflected by Thorns e.g. by Body or Shield equipment affixed with Rose. This ability can show up in DPS utilities.
