Costs 200 silver and 20 runes
Gives 1000 exp per crafted scroll
Fishing Enchantment: Applied to Gloves, Boots and fishing set slots only
Enchantment Strength 1: 1% chance to replace a caught fish with a random fiber if it exists in the current fishing node. Chance is doubled when using metal hooks. Caps at 50% without a hook, otherwise 100%.
