Account Management
- Single Account Policy: Each player is allowed only one account. Multiple accounts (alts) are prohibited.
- Account Sharing: Sharing, transferring, or lending accounts is strictly forbidden.
Players may abandon accounts to restart, previous accounts will be banned and sanctions will not carry over to the new account. Extreme circumstances are an exception. Please notify a member of staff.
Trading and Market Conduct
- External Trading: Trading items, services, or other assets from outside the game for in-game items or services is prohibited.
- Fair Trading: Trade items at fair market values. Avoid item-for-item trades to ensure transparency.
- Boosting: Gifting items or gold is not allowed. This rule will be updated when mechanics are in place to support fair gifting.
Chat and Communication
- Respectful Communication: Maintain respect for all players. Insults, racism, harassment, discrimination, and other disrespectful remarks are not tolerated.
- Spam Prevention: Refrain from unnecessary repetition, excessive use of caps lock, and asking for free items.
- Explicit Content: Discussions or links to explicit content, including pornography and illegal activities, are prohibited.
- Appropriate Use of Chat: Use chat channels as intended. Trade chat should remain in trade channels, and general chat should be used for general discussions. Avoid unnecessary use of @mods. While you can call out inappropriate behavior, do not attempt to enforce rules; leave moderation to the designated moderators.
