Multi-row header collapsed table

Was thinking of making a more compact table as range and magic may become relevant in the future.

Tried to create a double row header but mw-collapsed seems to delete the 2nd row 80% of the time. Refresh this page a few times to see both states.

Table without mw-collapsed displays fine. Not usable with so many long tables in the page but could be spun off into individual Helm, Body pages etc.

Could also use icons instead in the header like this to further reduce table width. (No official Idlescape icons at the moment.)
