Tomatoes are cooking ingredients that can be foraged from Verdant Valley or the Living Forest. This tart fruit (and sometimes vegetable) can be harvested from Tomato Seeds.
Uses
One tomato can be prepared into: 3 
Diced Fruit, 3 
Chopped Vegetables and 1 
Sour Essence.
Otherwise they can be eaten whole (for HP):
- Heals 3 HP immediately
- Heals 33 HP in total
- Cooldown 5s
- Heal per tick - 3 HP
- # of heal ticks - 10
- Delay between ticks - 5s
