Santa's Workshop was a time-limited combat zone during the Christmas event 2020 and is no longer active.
It is only available for players with at least full tier 1 Christmas armor, only edible food source is cookies.
All monsters drop items used in crafting during the Christmas event.

During combat inside workshop, regular gear enchantments like critical strike and healing is not applicable to combat, and won't make a difference to combat performance. Exception is treasure hunter and enlightenment which still works.
