For example, you could have Obsidian Boots with Shrimp Lord 5 enchantment, and eat Seared Fish with Shrimp Lord 2. This is the cheapest way. After equipping your buffs, you can start cooking. Warning: any less than 5 shrimp will NOT result in a shrimp bauble. You will get one around every 500 Raw Shrimp.
