Empowered haste is a buff/enchant that gives 2% noncombat speed, stacking with haste. It is more difficult to obtain than said haste, and players are unable to make scrolls of it, only have it already be on equipment. Currently the maximum action speed is .33 seconds, which has been obtained due to a combination of massively increased effective levels and increased action speed due to haste and empowered haste in seasonal idlescape.

Empowered haste is a buff/enchant that gives 2% noncombat speed per level which stacks with haste and caps at halving action time. There is no way to create scrolls of empowered haste so the only equipment pieces with the enchant are the Cloak of the Void and the Cloak of Many Pockets.


Empowered haste can also appear as a Shrine of Toucan buff.
