The Cracked Shrimp Bauble is a dungeon key that provides access to the solo dungeon Gazing into the Abyss.

Acquisition

The key is created by augmenting the Shrimp Bauble to level 1 or researching the Shrimp Bauble until it transforms.

Method 1

Augment the Shrimp Bauble to Level 1:

1. Set the Augmentation Slider to level 1.
2. Augment the Shrimp Bauble ten times using 100 Chaos Essence per augmentation.
3. The bauble will transform into a Cracked Shrimp Bauble.

Method 2

Research the Shrimp Bauble until it transforms into a Cracked Shrimp Bauble:

1. Each research attempt costs 100 Chaos Essence.
2. 90% of the research attempts will produce Basic Runic Dust.
3. Failure results in both a Cracked Shrimp Bauble and Common Gear Scraps.

Method 3

Research a Shrimp Ascendant until it transforms into a Shrimp Bauble

1. Each research attempt costs 1 Raw Shrimp.
2. 90% of the research attempts will produce Basic Runic Dust.
3. When the research fails, there is a 0.5% chance to produce a Shrimp Bauble and a 0.1% chance to produce a Shrimp Eye.
4. The majority of failed research attempts result in Common Gear Scraps.
5. If a Shrimp Bauble was created, then choose Method 1 or 2 to obtain the Cracked Shrimp Bauble.
