Lesser Overheating is a debuff enchantment that decreases damage dealt and increases damage taken by 5%. It caps at 90%.

Description
	Overheating takes precedence over this. Decreases damage dealt and increases damage taken by 5%. This effect can be mitigated by the Flame Resistance buff. Caps at 90%.

This enchantment is applied when the following abilities are used:

Flamethrower casts 3 counts of Lesser Overheating 1 on up to 3 enemies.
Fire Ball casts 3 stacks of Lesser Overheating 1 on an enemy.
The Limpe Sauce casts 2 stacks of Lesser Overheating 2 which decreases damage dealt and increases damage taken by 10%.
Lingering Flame casts 6 stacks of Lesser Overheating 2 on up to 3 enemies.

The Mantle of Flame and the Wand of the Phoenix both possess the Flamethrower and the Fire Ball abilities.
The Fire Orb possesses the Fire Ball and Lingering Flame abilities.
The Searing Ladle possesses the Limpe Sauce ability.
The Ancient Fire Amulet possesses the Fire Ball ability.
