An Obsidian Full Helm is a helmet that provides some defensive bonuses when in combat, offering slightly higher stats than its regular non-full helm counterpart; the Obsidian Helm. It requires 20 defense to equip.
During augumentation Obsidian Full Helm have a very small chance of turning into a Black Knight Great Helm.
How to Acquire
It can be obtained as a rare drop from Black Knights in the City.
