Pendant of Virulence is an Epic Quiver/Pendant item. It requires 60 Defense to equip, and is tradable.

How to Acquire

Pendant of Virulence is acquired as a reward for clearing the Dark Vault dungeon or from opening a Dark Vault Cache. It can also be acquired when opening either Lesser or Greater Jewelry Caches.

Abilities

When equipped, the Pendant of Virulence grants the player access to the magic ability Virulent Plague.

Enchantment

By default, Pendant of Virulence is enchanted with Swift Agony 1. This causes damage over time effects to deal the entire damage in 1 hit at a 50% damage penalty. This penalty can be negated by the Living Death set bonus making the Pendant of Virulence a great item for poison mage builds. Disenchanting is possible but there are no enchantments currently that would be able to be added in exchange.
