An Obsidian Helm is a helmet that provides some defensive bonuses when in combat, requiring level 20 Defense to equip.
During augumentation Obsidian Helm have a very small chance of turning into a Crest of Chaos on 4->5 or a Gargoyle Helm during any augument.
How to Acquire
It can be obtained as a rare drop from Black Knights in the City.
