Elemental Stabilization is an enchantment that neutralizes negative affinities by 2% but will never exceed a neutral state. This does not apply to accuracy.
Equipment
The 
Golem Ring comes pre-enchanted with Elemental Stabilization 5 which neutralizes negative affinities by 10% but will never exceed a neutral state. As this enchantment is not available in scroll form, it can not be re-enchanted if the ring is disenchanted.
Global Buffs
This buff is purchasable at the Shrine of Toucan with in-game gold when it becomes available at the altar.
