Potatoes are root vegetables that are used in Cooking. Au gratin, French fries, patatas bravas, casserole, perogies, potage, hash browns, chips, salad, shepherd's pie, gnocchi: all delicious things that can be made from Potatoes. Just not in Idlescape, here this starchy vegetable is chopped up and chucked into stews or pies.

Boiled, steamed, sous vide, stewed, sautéed, mashed, baked, pureed, and deep fried, Potatoes are truly the 'apples of earth'.

Acquisition

Potatoes can be bought from the Marketplace or foraged from the Grasslands, Fungal Grotto, and Misty Marsh.
