Ancient Nature Amulet is one of two combat talisman necklaces. The necklace is dropped from Spriggans, monsters in Chaos Wastes and their elite versions encountered in Shapeless Scroll and Giant's Keep.
The ancient nature amulet comes default with Fortitude 4 enchantment despite only having 3 slots and increases health by 18.
Ability
"Nature's Sanctuary" - Applies 6 stacks of Reinforcement 1 with a cooldown of at least 60 seconds if the original enchantment is in use.
