That means that the item should be soul bound (before or after being enchanted) otherwise the enchant wouldn't work .
Use:
- To gain more soul bound xp for a item, so that way one can augment the soul bound item faster than they would've gotten without the enchant.
Limitation:
- Only gives xp to the item it is enchanted to . So applying to a item (for example cape) doesn't give the xp to another item (for example ring ), even if the user has equipped both items and both of them are soulbound.
