Ancient Fire Talisman is one of two combat talisman necklaces. The necklace is dropped from monsters in Chaos Wastes and their elite versions encountered in Shapeless Scroll and Giant's Keep.

The ancient fire talisman comes default with Aspect of Flame 1 enchantment which currently only visually changes the players attack to fire.
