City is a mid-tier combat area.

It is the only source for obsidian gear, which isn't craftable and only drops from black knights

Level: 20+ in all three combat skills
Armor: Obsidian or mithril, a shield with healing enchantment will improve your ability to farm City
Weapon: Obsidian scimitar/battleaxe or Mithril scimitar/battleaxe
