Infernal Dust

Infernal dust is a byproduct of researching obsidian and gargoyle gear and smithing with refining in forge 1, it is used to craft the legendary Infernal Lance.

Obtaining

Infernal dust is obtained in two ways

Augmenting

By researching any Obsidian gear, gargoyle gear, or the Infernal Lance itself you get a 100% chance per action to get 1 infernal dust, this chance is the same for every single item so obsidian gear is the most cost effective way to get infernal dust.

Refining

The second way to obtain infernal dust is by using the Refining enchant on forge 1, the chance for dust is greater the higher heat, tier of ore, and refining level you are smithing at. (Needs more info)

Crafting

The only crafting recipe that requires infernal dust is Infernal Lance. It is has a level requirement of 75 and costs 9,000 infernal dust.
