Runecrafting
Runecrafting allows players to create runes from Rune Slate (acquired through Mining) and essences. These runes are required for Scrollcrafting, using magic abilities, consumed by some Enchantments and for Crafting certain items.
Every 20 levels will increase the number of runes crafted in an action by 1. Intermediary levels will get a chance to craft an additional rune depending on how close it is to the next 20 level breakpoint.
Runes/Essence
To start runecrafting, players must first gather essence by doing various activities. A Rune Slate and 400 essence are used for each runecrafting action. Used Essence can be reduced with the runecrafting enchantment but a minimum of 400 is required to start crafting.
Crafting runes always provides 25 runecrafting experience for each rune crafted.
3 essence is gathered for each relevant action and can be increased with the Enlightenment enchantment or consuming the corresponding talisman.

Talisman
Talismans are objects found from many different sources. Talismans can be consumed, permanently yielding an additional six essence for the relevant skill. Each talisman of the same type consumed after the first will grant 35,000 - 50,000 essence to that type.
Talismans are uncommon items obtained when opening chests, geodes, bird's nests, sunken treasures, and satchels. Many monsters drop talismans rarely, including the giants of the Valley of Giants.
Runecrafting Speed
Runecrafting speed is determined by the following formula:
Cloth Weaving
Cloth Weaving allows players to weave cloth used in crafting most magic equipment and enhance unique items. Weaving uses fibers, found while fishing. The Scroll of the Fiber Finder can be used to increase the chance of finding a fiber.
There are 7 tiers of cloth that can be weaved. All cloth have the same base action timer of 5 seconds which can be reduced using relevant enchantments. Using the Fibrous Fabrication enchantment, the fiber cost per action can also be reduced.
All cloth have a small chance based on runecrafting level and cloth tier to produce an Ancient cloth fragment, which are used to craft the Abandoned Acadamy Scroll to access the Abandoned Acadamy Base.

Affixing
Dust
With Affixing, in order to add them to your gear, you need to have certain types of dust to upgrade your gear. There are 5 different types of dusts, going in this order: Common Dust, Uncommon Dust, Rare Dust, Epic Dust, Legendary Dust. Now, you may think that legendary dust is the best you can get, and you most likely think you can just add legendary affixes to any gear you want, but you cant. With every tool and armor in the game, there are tears of gear, just like the dust. You can only use the respective dust with the respective level of gear. For example, you can only use common dust to affix common level gear, and so on.
