Filleted Fish fails to cook, Efficiency gives a chance to produce an extra
Burnt Fish.
- If the unsuccessful dish does not contain Filleted Fish, then there is a chance that Efficiency will create an extra
Burnt Food.
- When brewing a batch of potions, there is a chance that efficiency will generate an extra potion with identical enchantment and potion strength level, if the potion brewing was a success.
- If the batch of potions fails to brew, then there is a possibility that efficiency will generate extra
Ashes.
- If the
Shrimp Lord enchantment is active (through drinking Shrimp Lord potions, wearing an item enchanted by Scrolls of the Shrimp Lord, or the Shrine of Toucan is offering the Shrimp Lord buff), then an extra
Raw Shrimp will potentially be produced while preparing any ingredient, cooking any dish or brewing any potion through alchemy.
- Extra
Fish Oil may be produced after preparing ingredients that yield
Filleted Fish,
Cooking with Filleted Fish or brewing potions using Filleted Fish.
- If preparing
Raw Shrimp into
, Efficiency may provide a chance to generate an extra piece of Filleted Fish or an extra
Fish Oil (if a fish oil was produced). If a Shrimp Bauble was generated, Efficiency will not give a chance to generate an extra Shrimp Bauble. [?]
- After brewing a batch of Shrimp Lord potions (which contain Raw Shrimp and Filleted Fish), Efficiency provides a chance to generate an additional item of the following: an extra Shrimp Lord potion (if the potion was successful), an extra Fish Oil (if one was produced), or extra Ashes (if the potions failed). If a Shrimp Bauble was generated, Efficiency will not give a chance to generate an extra Shrimp Bauble. [?]
- Efficiency will not generate an extra
Prismatic Extract if one is generated during ingredient preparation, dish cooking or potion brewing. [?]

Ancient Cloth Fragment is produced as a byproduct of cloth weaving, there is a chance that efficiency will produce an extra Ancient Cloth Fragment.
- Used with Scholar, the manufactured (cooked, runecrafted, or smithed) item may be destroyed and a skilling shard produced. Efficiency will not generate an extra skilling shard. <-- Will Scholar destroy all the byproducts, ie Prismatic Extract, Raw Shrimp, Shrimp Bauble, Fish Oil, refining byproducts, ancient cloth fragments or the extra byproducts produced by Efficiency? -->
- Used with Wealth, the item(s) that is manufactured originally is sold. Those items generated through efficiency are not.
