Description
Multiplies the chance to transform an item by 1%. If an item has a 10% chance to transform and you have a 10% bonus transform chance, it becomes a 11% chance to transform.

The Chances enchantment increases the chance of an item transforming during augmentation by 1% additively.

Uses

With a Chances 1 buff, if an item has a 10% chance to transform and you have a 10% bonus transform chance, it becomes a 11% chance to transform.

Scroll

The Scroll of Chances has a vendor value of 2000 gold and is tradeable at the Marketplace. This scroll is used to enchant gloves or boots and is created through Scrollcrafting:
