Fibrous Fabrication gives the player a 2% chance per level to not consume fibers per cloth weaving action.

Uses

Fibrous Fabrication when triggered will consume 0 fibers, even if that cost has been altered by other effects. This means the enchants can be used alongside the Elven Logistics Pendant for even more fiber savings, or with the Dwarven Manufacturing Pendant to try and recoup the cost of its increased action speed.
