The Gathering enchantment adds a chance to find an extra resource when Mining, Foraging or Fishing.

Food

Food with gathering can be cooked using bananas. Gathering buffs are consumed on all actions outside combat even when not gathering.

Buying gathering food on the market can be profitable if the cost per buff is cheaper than 20% (32% with Prolonging 6) of average gold per action. Current gold per action can be viewed here.
