Abandoned Academy Base is a 1 player/solo combat location that can be accessed by using the Abandoned Academy Scroll Dungeon key. The dungeon is pretty low-medium difficulty and should be doable with any full gathering gear set. Completing the dungeon always gurantees 25x Fishing shards, 25x Runecrafting shards, Ancient Imbued Charms, Sunken Treasures and atleast 1 Academy Research Cache Which contains a loot mix of location and Water Elemental

The first Stage of enemies will always be 10 Ascendeds or Swordfishes They both have a

50% spawn chance, on average 5 spawn of each but isnt guranteed

The Second Stage Will always spawn 1 Ancient Ascended or 1 Swordfish Champion untill you have killed 2 of them in total. Both have a 50% chance of spawning

The Third/Final Stage Will always spawn 1 Water Elemental.
