Description

There is a 40% chance that a Cosmic Rune is consumed when it procs. Attempts to pull the rune from your stockpile then ammo pouch if none found.

The Scroll of Threadbare Charm can be applied to the Runecrafting Set or the Chisel. This scroll is tradeable at the Marketplace or created through Scrollcrafting.
