Lumberjack Set

The Lumberjack Set (also known as the Foraging Set) consists of three basic pieces: Lumberjack's Hat, Lumberjack's Vest, Lumberjack's Trousers, and the legendary hatchet named The Grovekeeper. This set is primarily used for foraging.

Acquisition

To unlock access to the set, first complete the Foraging Equipment quest. A minimum Foraging level of 50 is required before accepting this quest which requires that the adventurer forage 10,000 times in any of the following zones:

• Grasslands
• Verdant Valley
• Fungal Grotto
• The Tangle
• Misty Marsh
• Frozen Tundra
• Haunted Woods
• Living Forest

Completion of this quest provides these rewards:

• 1 quest point
• 100,000 foraging experience
• 1,000 Foraging Shards
• Prototype Lumberjack's Hat
• Prototype Lumberjack's Vest
• Prototype Lumberjack's Trousers

Finishing the Foraging Equipment quest also unlocks access to the Legendary Hatchet quest. After clearing the Nature Atheneum and turning in 9000 Foraging Shards, the following rewards are given:

• 1 quest point
• 500,000 foraging experience
• The Grovekeeper and its recipe is unlocked.

Prototype Set

Each piece of the Prototype Lumberjack Set has 3 enchantment slots. Prototype pieces are the same as their crafted counterparts with one difference: prototype pieces are enchanted with 1 enchantment level while crafted pieces are enchanted with 3 levels. These pieces can be disenchanted and/or (further) enchanted.

• Prototype Lumberjack's Hat: Herbalist 1/3, which allows access to hidden plant nodes and greatly increases your chance to find a plant related node while foraging.

• Prototype Lumberjack's Vest: Nature 1/3, which allows access to hidden tree nodes and greatly increases your chance to find a tree related node while foraging.

• Prototype Lumberjack's Trousers: Seed Harvesting 1/3, which allows access to hidden seed nodes and greatly increases your chance to find a seed related node while foraging.

Crafted Set

Completing the Foraging Equipment quest unlocks the crafting recipes of the Lumberjack Set. Crafting these pieces will require 450 Foraging Shards per piece.

• Lumberjack's Hat: Herbalist 3/3, which allows access to hidden plant nodes and greatly increases your chance to find a plant related node while foraging.

• Lumberjack's Vest: Nature 3/3, which allows access to hidden tree nodes and greatly increases your chance to find a tree related node while foraging.

• Lumberjack's Trousers: Seed Harvesting 3/3, which allows access to hidden seed nodes and greatly increases your chance to find a seed related node while foraging.

Set Bonuses

The Lumberjack Set also has additional bonuses depending on the amount of lumberjack gear worn while foraging.

• Master Forager: While wearing the three basic pieces of the Forager Set a buff called Master Forager is activated. This bonus grants a passive buff which increases equipment based foraging stats by 20%. It reduces damage taken and increases damage done by 25% in dangerous gathering encounters.

• Legendary Lumberjack: Upon completion of the Legendary Hatchet quest, the Grovekeeper is one of its rewards and makes up the final piece of the Lumberjack Set. Wearing all four pieces of gear activates the Legendary Lumberjack bonus which overrides the Master Forager buff. This bonus grants a passive buff which increases equipment based foraging stats by 40%. It reduces damage taken and increases damage done by 50% in dangerous gathering encounters.
