Miner's Smock is the body piece of the Miner Set and is enchanted with Empowered Prospecting 3 as default, which increases your chance to find gems or sliver while mining by 150%. Rolls before Prospecting and does not stack with it; does not require an earth rune.

• Three pieces of the Miner set provides the Master Miner buff which increases Mining stats by 15%. Also reduces damage received and increase damage dealt by 25% in dangerous gathering encounters.
• Four pieces replaces the 3-set bonus with the Legendary Rockbreaker buff which increases Mining stats by 30%. Also reduces damage received and increase damage dealt by 50% in dangerous gathering encounters.

You must first complete the Mining Equipment Quest to unlock the crafting recipe.
