Wrath and War is a one-handed battle axe intended to empower its wielder with strength.
Acquisition
This axe is tradeable at the Marketplace, however it is not craftable and must be obtained from the Eye of the Storm.
Abilities
Wrath: Channel your wrath to inflict massive damage. Deals up to 100% more damage based on your health; the lower your health, the higher the multiplier.
Fury: Your weapon fills you with fury! This ability costs 1x
Blood Rune.

Researching a Wrath and War costs 4 Stygian Bars and 1 Ichor per attempt. On a successful attempt Mythical Runic Dust is gained, on a failed attempt the Wrath and War is destroyed and a Legendary Gear Scraps is gained.
