The Crystal Mace is a crush type weapon that provides high combat bonuses when in combat. It is a viable alternative to the Moss Maul despite the lower stats due to it being a one-handed weapon. An attack level of 85 is required to equip.
Trivia
The Crystal Mace is the first melee weapon to provide any amount of Magic Strength. Magic strength currently only boosts the damage of elemental abilities by adding 25% of magic strength to melee strength but will be fleshed out more when Combat 2.0 Part 2 is released. There are several items which provide magic strength; King's Crown, Fire Orb, Magical Snowball and Signet Ring.
