The Festive Shroud is the first cape implemented in the game and was introduced during phase two of the Christmas 2020 event. It requires level 40 Defense and level 40 Enchanting to equip it.

Acquisition

A Festive Shroud is tradeable at the Marketplace.

During the Christmas 2020 event, it was acquired as a drop from Krampus in Santa's Workshop (a combat zone) and Krampus' Lair, a dungeon accessed by using Krampus' Key.

Currently, it can be acquired as a very rare transformation while augmenting a Decayed Cloak. No events are required for this transformation to happen.
