The Ancient Fire Amulet is a combat talisman necklaces that is part of the Flame Set The necklace is dropped from monsters in Chaos Wastes and their elite versions encountered in Shapeless Scroll and Giant's Keep.

The ancient fire amulet comes default with Aspect of Flame 1 enchantment which currently only visually changes the players attack to fire.
